Staff is constantly required to sign legal
documents about policy changes.
Signing them indicates that you are
knowledgeable about the subject.
Every document is in your
HR file to be used against you.
Law enforcement can use them also
if criminal charges are filed against you.

Staff is not given a copy, staff must request one.
Staff does not understand they deserve a copy
of the documents they sign as potential
evidence they might need.

This is how preposterous some documents are:
One day they told us to sign a multiple page document,
before I signed any documents I actually read them.

The document's bottem line was
when staff is at the hospital with a resident
staff must question the medications being used  .
